Mr. Parag Rao is a B.E. (Electrical engineering) and MBA (Marketing). Mr. Rao has a diverse experience of 19 years in Sales, Distribution & Marketing in the FMCG & Retail banking industry.

Mr. Rao has been associated with HDFC Bank since April 2002. He is currently Sr. Executive Vice President, heading the Credit Cards & Merchant Acquiring Services Business. In addition, he is a Board member of the Banks Internal Direct Sales Organisation.

Over the years in the banking industry, he has developed vast knowledge of technology trends, credit behaviour impacting the cards industry and also how to explore revenue opportunities and profitability through cost efficiency.

    hi friends. HDFC credit card department is really pathetis……….it sucks man…….earlier when i applied for that, i was told that your card limit will be increased with in 3-4 months for sure.if your credit history wud be good…………i have been paying my bills on time n in advance from last 4 months.but till date no action.even when i called HDFC customer services…..i din’t get any satisfactory response, or i mailed them many times.every time i get a system generated mail n after that no action…………wot the fuck is this man….

    Lipika’s cutomer service is a kind of disaster.she is pathetic……she doesn’t know how to talk to a customer………..when i called, she pick up n said, thanks for calling HDFC, how may i help u……i din’t even speak a single word n she put me on hold n said sir plz be online………….wot the fuck was that…………..

    earlier when i applied for this credit card, i was told that sir we’ll increse ur card limit in 3-4 months……..but till date no action….it was lied to me……….call me asap,

    hi this rahul bhardwaj & i am a HDFC bank credit card holder, when i applied for that i was told that my credit limit will be increased after 3 or 4 months, once they’ll come to knwo abt my card usage n all. i have been paying my bills on time n in advance but till nothing happened…why so ? i don’t knwo?……….even i called customer support & i spoke to Lipika (C.C.E), her customer service was pathetic……….so kept saying no sir, it’s our company terms n policy, we’ll increase after 6 months……….wot was that i don’t know………..

    Hello my name is kamesh and I am using HDFC platinum credit card with a credit limit of 50k. Payment was not made on due date due to a reason that my mother is hospitalised. Though I have made a payment of Rs.2800 on 27th through ICICI bank , there are officials who claim that they are from HDFC bank who are calling me and insisting me to make payment through cash deposit? is it a mandate that the payment can only be made through cash deposits? I also want to told her transaction id but she was not ready to listen anything. Why is this harassment even after paying the money? And the cce who is calling is so rude that she doesn’t want to listen anything. And Continiuosly I am getting calls and sms from these numbers.9716713283 , 8595305859 which says Wthat your account will be on hold and pan card number will be given in cibil. I don’t what is the problem with you guys, Why I am getting again n again calls from these numbers.

    You guys are cheaters..I was cheated and conned by your collections team last month on the pretext of converting my entire Balance into EMI’s.And when i got the statement it only shocked me that it was never converted.On top you call centre people have no authority and they are just a waste of time to call too.Nobody bothers to address the customers issues.Ur services are pathetic
